Vendor Space:
6ft x 6ft — Vendors are required to provide their own table and chairs.
Load-In/Load-Out:
Vendors must arrive between 9:00 AM– 10:30 AM for set-up.
Load-out begins at 4:45 PM and must be completed by 5:30 PM
THE RUNDOWN
+Upon arrival, vendors will be greeted by BAFM Welcome Team and brought to designated vending space.
+Additional vendor preparation information will be provided in BAFM approval confirmation email.
*Vendors are required to stay the entire duration of the event [12-5PM].
+Estimated Total Vendors: 30-40
+BLK ASS Vendor Categories are determined after our vendor application closes. We work carefully to include a fair ratio of vendors within each category, limiting exhaustion of like-brand experiences within reason.
+Access to Electricity Wi-Fi: Vending space does NOT include access to electricity or Wi-Fi. We suggest vendors bring personal hotspots and portable chargers.
Contingency Plan:
BLK ASS FLEA MKT will be hosted rain or shine.
+Please note this event is open to the general public [FREE OF CHARGE] and is marketed across social media platforms including but not limited to: Instagram, Eventbrite, Facebook, etc

Approval Process
If Approved
Brands accepted to vend with BLK ASS FLEA MKT will be required to pay vendor fee [$200] within 48 hours of receiving an acceptance email and sign a vendor agreement.
This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. Payment instructions will be sent with acceptance email.
