[8/30] - BLK ASS FOODIE [NITE] MKT

Description: Whether you run a food truck, a grill station, or a pop-up kitchen, we welcome Black food creatives to apply. This is a food-forward, community-rooted celebration where we feed the people and honor the culture.
EVENT ELEMENTS: BLK Food Culture, Savory bites to sweet treats, street eats to soul food,
Non-Refundable / Non-Transferable
Vendor Fees:
- $175 – Non-Food Vendors (art, merch, skincare, apparel, books, crafts, etc.)
- $200 – Hot Food Vendors (prepared foods served on-site)

$225 – Food Trucks (self-contained vehicles)
Vendor Space:

[Hot Food Vendor] 10ft x 10ft — Vendors are required to provide their own table, tent, and chairs.
[Food Truck] Space for one vehicle (up to 24ft max in length) — Trucks must be self-contained and arrive fully equipped with their own power source (generator). All trucks must have valid permits and insurance.
Load-In/Load-Out:
Vendors must arrive between 12:30 PM–2:00 PM for set-up.
Load-out begins at 7:45 PM and must be completed by 8:30 PM
THE RUNDOWN
+Upon arrival, vendors will be greeted by BAFM Welcome Team and brought to designated vending space.
+Additional vendor preparation information will be provided in BAFM approval confirmation email.
*Vendors are required to stay the entire duration of the event [2-8PM].
+Estimated Total Vendors: 35
+BLK ASS Vendor Categories are determined after our vendor application closes. We work carefully to include a fair ratio of vendors within each category, limiting exhaustion of like-brand experiences within reason.
+Access to Electricity Wi-Fi: Vending space does NOT include access to electricity or Wi-Fi. We suggest vendors bring personal hotspots and portable chargers.
Contingency Plan:
BLK ASS FLEA MKT will be hosted rain or shine.

10ft x 10ft — Vendors are required to provide their own table, tent, and chairs.
Load-In/Load-Out:
Vendors must arrive between 9:00 AM– 10:30 AM for set-up.
Load-out begins at 5:45 PM and must be completed by 6:30 PM

Approval Process
IF APPROVED
Brands accepted to vend with BLK ASS FLEA MKT will be required to pay vendor fee [$250] within 48 hours of receiving an acceptance email and sign a vendor agreement.
This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. Payment instructions will be sent with acceptance email.
